HAUSLusa.com® primarily sells furniture manufactured with natural materials and genuine wood veneer. Genuine wood veneer will vary in color and contains natural characteristics such as knots and graining. This is the result of using natural materials in the manufacturing process and is not considered a defect. Also, fabrics and leathers may vary in color from showroom models due to variations in dye lots.
You will be notified by HAUSusa.com® when your merchandise has been shipped.
Scheduling your shipment
Any furniture delivery dates mentioned or implied for your order is ESTIMATED and may fluctuate by 4 to 6 weeks. We will keep you informed of your order status, and once your order has been shipped you will be notified by HAUSusa.com®
Payment prior to shipping
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Orders shipping via common freight (incl. UPS, FEDEX, etc) that incur damage by that shipper will not be the responsibility of HAUSusa.com®. Although we will assist as best as possible with any necessary claim procedures, we will not be held liable. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to file any and all damage claims. Shipments may take up to 15 buisness days to arrive after shipment has been shipped .
HAUSusa.com® offers no warranties on products. Any warranties on furniture will fall under the respective manufacturer’s own warranty. Warranties apply to manufacture defects and not to the mishandling of the furniture. Customers who decide to purchase items unassembled are liable for any damages that occur both during and after assembly.
Special order items
Special order items typically have a lead-time greater than 8 weeks. All specail order items will be labled "special order item" HAUS will do our best to provide you with the most accurate delivery date, however delays may occur that are beyond our control.
Orders and merchandise may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order without incurring a cancellation fee unless the merchandise has been shipped out to the customer or a delivery appointment has already been scheduled. Any merchandise canceled after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 40% cancellation fee. Once the item has been shipped there will be no cacellations. There will be no exceptions.
